Saying that I'm running at way lower speeds then expected what can i do overclocking wise to improve my speed

well userbenchmark allows a lot of different scans to be compared against, your rig is fine. For your SSD you probably had some background programs running. Try other benchmarks really.

EDIT: do a fresh restart and run it, you only had 14gb ram free out of 32, meaning you had a LOT of background stuff open...

You can download software from the manufacturer and overclock it, there will be tutorials for your CPU and GPU model, I would only OC it to its manufacturer highest speed, anything over that might damage it.

UserBenchmark is a scam and should be avoided.

Secondly, i'd get a second opinion on that 980 Pro benchmark. Those are some seriously low speeds for that drive, even if its in a PCIe 3.0 capable slot.
