"Double BIOS" is like the same on most good grade gaming motherboards, with the term "Dual BIOS". It just refers to that the card has 2 BIOS's. Say if you were to flash a BIOS and it failed. You have another for redundancy.

 

You can also use the other BIOS for a overclocked spec and the other one as a stock clocked BIOS.
