Question about radiator

Can these fans be used with it? I have some mounting things that came with it.

Is it better then intel stock cooler?

the fans can probably be made to work with it, might need some zip ties though. as far as using it over the stock cooler, it should perform better than the stock one, but you need to make sure you have the mounting hardware to make it work. you can also get something like a 212 evo pretty cheap, that will definitely be better.

that i'm not sure of, i doubt it though(don't really know much about passive cooling). is the stock cooler not working well enough? what cpu are you cooling?

Stock cooler is fine, I just found this in some stuff and was curious would it be useful. My CPU is an i7-4790 (non-k)

if the stock cooler is doing the job, i would be hesitant to try rigging something up, your choice though.
