what motherboard do you have, i can give you the best cpu in that generation, but that doesnt mean the motherboard would support it.

That's an old Intel Socket (LGA 1366) you're using which has been discontinued. It all depends on whether you want to pay for a new Motherboard, CPU and RAM, which is probably the way to go, but might be out of your current budget.

AMD Ryzen 9 5950x  - Asus ROG Strix LC 240 RGB AIOTUF Gaming X-570  Plus - Corsair Vengeance 16GB - Asus ROG Strix RTX 2070 Super 8GB

If they had about 150 extra euros, they could replace the mobo, cpu, and ram.

RAM:

https://www.altstore.si/patriot-viper-4-blackout-kit-16gb-2x8gb-ddr4-3000-dimm-pc4-24000-cl16-1.35v

Motherboard:

CPU:

https://www.altstore.si/intel-core-i5-10400f-2-90/4-30ghz-12mb-lga1200-box-procesor

everything together is just over 300 euros

the cpu comes with stock cooler, it will be loud at max rpm but at max fan speed should keep the cpu cool during gaming

edit: dont forget to turn on xmp in the bios once you get all the parts!

On your current socket nothing it's ancient at this point.

With 300€ best you'll do is a 10100f+h410 + 16gb ddr4

you can do better with 300 euros
