audio malfunction

ive recently ruined 2/3 of my usb ports and have since been using a usb hub. that makes me unable to use my razer usb card and im currently using my blackshark v2 through a 3.5mm splitter.

now, everytime i join a call in discord, all other audio related things malfuncton. youtube wont play, spotify wont play, ms teams meetings doesnt work also. what odo i do please help

I would guess that your Windows audio settings are setup to block non-call audio.
