laptop Under 450??

Hi everyone, 

 

I'm looking to buy a laptop for under £450 (GBP). I dont need anything fancy, just to be able to handle basic browsing, watching videos, using Office 365 (word, excel, etc). 

 

What kind of spec should I be looking for? i5 1135G7 keeps popping up, that a good bet? 

 

Any recommendations on spec or products is super appreciated - Thanks!

That i5 should do great. Even a modern Pentium should do fine for your use, but i5 would be better. Just make sure to get at least 8gb of RAM, and if you use a lot of stuff at the same time 16gb may be worth looking at. Also check if it has an SSD and not something else like eMMC. Once you got all these specs, compare the reviews of the models you can get and see which one you like.
