Multithreading usage on Genshin Impact

A friend of mine recently discovered that Genshin Impact was only using 1 thread of his 6c12t i5-10400 (as shown in Windows' task manager) but it used to take all the threads...

He didn't do much tricks in the game settings and he doesn't notice any drop in FPS after the update, however I'm curious about this: how many threads does this game use on your Windows system?

I found on some blogs that it is optimized for 4 threads but I can't personally prove it.

This game only uses 2 threads in my 5900HX. I tried banning it from using other threads and performance didn't drop at all so i think its 2 threads only.
