External Hard Drive Exfat problem

AsrielDew128

So awhile back, I purchased a Seagate 2Tb hard drive, which I tend to delete and add alot of files on.

I realized It get a bit slow and want to optimize it... I couldn't because of ExFAT file system. I couldn't even make a partition too.

Does anybody have a solution for this problem?

(Edit, one oddity I found, is that Windows think my Hard Disk Drive (It says on the box) is an SSD
