Help buying a laptop

So I am planning to buy my first gaming laptop, and I have a 1000 GBP budget, but would love a laptop which is under the budget (so I can also buy some more games). So far I have shortlisted two

I am not married to these, so if u guys have any other recommendations would like to hear them. I dont care much about RAM and SSD, as I will upgrade them down the line. Thanks guys

I don't know UK resellers.  I like Clevo.  If you can find builders who use their chassis, that's where I'd start.
