It may not be perfect (if anything seems wrong or a better suggestion is out there please reply), but there were things that I would recommend.

- Stay with DDR4 Ram. DDR5 is too expensive, and the ones I have listed do have higher speeds to about 4400 MHz

- 12600K seems like a good option here as the 12700 and 12900 are a bit pricey which gives you more room for your graphics card. I also threw in a good 360 mm AIO to cool t just in case you wanted to OC.

- I picked the 6800 because you'll probably have a better time trying to find an AMD card than an NVIDIA one, and they seem to be cheaper as well. The price listed on the list is definitely something you could combat by trying to look harder for a cheaper one.

A pretty beefy PC budget for the Dayz rated specs, but I assume the editing and moding will be using more of the preformance benifits.

This is list made for USA, Not for UK and even for USA, It is very unreasonable list. Certainly seems like made by someone who has very small knowledge about PC parts market and pricing.

Motherboard should be around 230$. Stupidly expensive cooler. Big and unnesary case, Expensive and unnecesary SSD. RAM that won't run at that speed 99%...

2k doesnt have include peripherals have £600 set aside for that. Also heard RGB can drive up the cost unnecessarily

Okey, I'll make a list and reply.

Here is new list. Few things you should know. First. List does not allow overcklocking, But for someone who has limited knowledge about PCs, I doubt it's a requrement. So this CPU+Motherboard configuration gives best performance for it's price.

GPUs are hard to buy, This is cheapes 3080 available right now. PNY is good brand and this is good model, But it may be out of stock later and you may not find any other similarly priced, Or if you are lucky, You may even find better priced one.
