Seems you have a win10 boot entry leftover in the efi boot partition. Try repairing the efi bootloader

Otherwise open windows setings > About your pc > Advanced system settings > Startup and Recovery Settings

Select win11 as default os and uncheck "Time to display list of operating systems"
