Router problems :/

Hi guys, so no one is responding to my other posts so I thought I make another one as I'm really desperate. So, a few hours ago, my router just all of a sudden died. I smell no burning. This is what it says: Type: xfinity...... Power: on........... Us/ds: flashing............... Online: off........... Tel1: off.............. Tel2: off............ Battery: off. All help is appreciated!

Had it occured to u that it can be an issue of ur internet going down temporarily from the isp..???...bcoz u said the power and dsl lite is flashing...

do a power cycle.  

 

1) turn off your cable modem

2) turn off your router..which I assume is wireless

3) wait 40 seconds

4) turn on your cable modem and wait for the lights to lock

5) turn on your router
