I'm trying to place like 100 pins, doing it manually no way, googling "batch placing pins / components easy eda" ends on nothing

There is an script to import the easyEDA/LCSC library into KiCAD.

Haven't checked how well it works but if it does what it promise this is the way to go forward.

For easyEDA: It can't. You can copy paste the rows and make sure the names on the PCB match the component names on the schematic.

this is quite embarassing to say, but I never properly learnt how to use cmd/powershell

from https://pythonawesome.com/convert-any-lcsc-components-including-easyeda-to-kicad-library/

I do see that I need to run git, git is not recognized, so I suppose that I need to install that

I've seen different tutors online, but they all do seem talking about something else

so I have no idea, of what I'm doing
