Hi guys I really need your help... This is my first time building a pc and this is the parts I pick but I'm afraid to use this PSU because there are video of gigabyte PSU exploding but the worst thing is I already purchased the psu before researching it, yes it was stupid of me to not research first. I'm afraid of using this because this is my first pc and probably the last because I don't have a job anymore.

I'm using this for streaming

Please help

This is not model which had issue with blowing components.

I'd go with gold efficiency.

Are there any other models u are interested?

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with, and even if you think I'm rude or not polite, forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

Thanks for understanding.

It's not the exploding model but really an entry level unit.

Can you still return some of the parts or exchange them for something else?

Like, you're spending SEVENTY dollars on a wifi card when a $10 cable can offer way better performance, that money alone plus the 66 from the gigabyte PSU can buy you a 750W RMx.

The money spent on the midrange AIO can get you a Noctua NH-D15 that performs much better.

A B550 board is the same price than a B450 at this point (B550 Tomahawk MSI).

This one might be a bit controversial but, come on, $140 for Windows is a fucking ripoff no matter how you look at it.

Not bashing you, just saying how can you get different combinations of hardware of different quality for the same money. If you can still return the parts do it and maybe open another topic so you can get extra help to fix your build.

Oh sorry I forgot to delete the WiFi card and windows I only put those because I was looking if they are compatible with the build and looking if it consume more voltage... So this PSU is Bad?

I know it's just a 3060, but why such a cheap PSU?  Out of money?

Maybe take some of the $$$ you're paying extra for RGB and apply it to the PSU budget?

EDIT:  Just saw you already have the PSU and no job.  Sorry.  Thoughts and prayers.

So the PSU is really Bad? Like time bomb bad?

the whle list does not really make sense here, if you can return everything; make a new thread so we can help you get more optimised build

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.
