New Server setting up DNS

Hey guys, maybe someone can help me out with a problem with my port forwarding. I have a home server and I am trying to provide a ddns with NO-IP. I have downloaded their tools and I have port forward the specific ports needed, but when I check it on portchecker.co it says the port is closed. Does anyone mind helping me. This can also help me with my Plex server too.
