Is this RAM related? Words disappear

Its the task scheduler only but it seems like something that bad RAM would cause

 

Also sometimes the letters i'm writing are erased and written again on their own...

No. It`s not RAM. It`s the way this program refreshes contents of its window. Completely normal. It behaves the same on my machine, too.
