About two months ago I reinstalled Windows10 (The updater was broken and I was unable to update the system despite my many efforts), and now my EFI partition is installed on the incorrect drive (It's on my linux nvme SSD). I really don't want to reinstall Windows again when I just got everything back to where I like it to be. Is it possible to use the recovery option within Windows to reinstall the base system and get it to install an EFI partition on the correct disk without having to reinstall and setup all my account, programs, etc?

This reason alone is why you always want to install Windows with no other drives connected.

You can try to fix it with the methods mentioned here:

Typically I do disconnect any drives from a system before installing any OS, whether that be Windows, or *NIX based. Thank you for the link to the guide. I will have to give it a shot.
