Microsoft Store install button

I am trying to install the photo and snip and sketch app on the Microsoft Store. When I open it up and search for them and tries to install it but the install button isn't there. 

What can I do?

MS Photos is installed by default and not selectable for uninstall, so you almost certainly already have it installed hence no install button.

If you bring up a run command and type in "winver" you will get this:

 

 

That is mine, and I just installed fresh a couple weeks ago. I have Photo app preinstall:

 

 

As for snip and sketch, I am thinking the snipping tool which is basically the same thing I believe:

Hmm, have you tried installing using winget? Not entirely sure if it works on Home versions but worth a shot:

Well it certainly seems like there is an issue with your MS Store. Let me see if I can find the offline installer for that app. In the meantime I'm sure if you do a quick Googling, you should be able to find a solution to that MS Store issue.

Yes, try to reset MS Store.

 

Also this kinda suggests it is installed, just broken.

I can't find or install an app from Microsoft Store

 

Should help point you to how to reset in case you weren't sure.

 

Edit: Not sure why I quoted @Kilrah meant to mention @1518 lol

Edit#2: Oh yeah, are you signed in with your MS account? That might also have something to do with it.

Just reset it and it still doesn't work and @Bad5ector yes I am signed into my account.
