Front headphone jack not working properly on my case?

Hello, i got a sharkoon case , when i plug headphones in they work properly, as soon as i pull em even the slightiest my right headphone stops working or sound muffles (not on system but like if im talking w someone on discord his sound muffles, basically any human voice xD)
