Massive FPS issues with RX 6800 XT

Hello guys hope you are having a great day! A couple months ago I built my dream PC fully specced with a Gigabyte RX 6800 XT Gaming OC and Ryzen 7 5800X. I mainly play warzone and in the beginning everything was just fine hitting around 150 - 200 fps on 1440p high settings. Later on i updated to windows 11 and at the same time I factory reset my pc for some cleanup. I also updated warzone and when I jumped in a game I was only hitting 70-90 fps. So I tried to load windows 10 back and that didnt help, I have also updated all my drivers and bios and everything seems as it should but now several updates later I am still around 70 fps. I am also seeing bad performance in other games like fricking minecraft. I cant find anyone with the same issue please help!
