Armoury Crate alternative for RYUJIN

Is there ANY other software to control the fan speed of my ROG RYUJIN?

 

I've been using Armoury Crate for the past 4 months and it's been a total pain. Some of the reasons why:

- forced updates if you want to change fan curves

- quick access widgets do not work

- app is painfully slow and I get at least 3 XML errors a day

 

Today came the point where I finally started to look for alternatives.

I opened this crappy software, wanting to change fan curves to quiet mode. I was forced to install an update and restart the PC.

Then I changed the profile only to find the fans were responding weirdly.

They accelerated for ~.5 secs and then they went back to default speed. Then there was a pause for 2 secs and the whole process started again.

I let it run for 2 minutes straight but it did not change.

 

Restarting the PC and reinstalling this software didn't help.

 

So please. I need something simple and functional. Quick to use with no extra shenanigans.

I do not want to enter BIOS every time I want to adjust fan speed...

 

Can you help me?

Do the fans plug into the motherboard? You can set you fan curves in the BIOS and remove the virus that is Armory Crate entirely.

I want to switch between cooling profiles. I am recording music in my home studio and want to manually set my OC to "low volume mode" if you know what I mean.
