GPU installation issues

Hey guys,

I recently upgraded by GPU from a 750 ti to a 1660 ti and all it displays is the attached image and does not boot, when HDMI is connected to the motherboard it boots just fine.

My motherboard is the motherboard from a Dell vostro pre-built if that helps.

 

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.
