cpu only pulling 40-45W

Hi guys 

I can see that my CPU is pulling between 40-45w when at 100% and was wondering if i can boost the performance by boosting the power

I see from this site that it is should run at 70w at idle 

if this would help how do i go about boosting it

Looking at the article, it seems they use total power draw or EPS12v power draw, which both will differ significantly from what sensors might report. If you dont any performance issues, there is nothing to worry. You can also consider overclocking since you have a Z series motherboard.

I have it overclocked to 4.79GHz 

do you think i can get any more or is it better to leave as it ?
