Why must they make voltage confusing and not tell you your current voltage and it makes you increase your 'turbo clock voltage in mV's. its confusing, if i wanted to go from 1.25 to 1.3 how many mV's would i increase it by?

mV's is millivolts like millimetres is to metres i.e the 0.05 volts you want to increase it by is simply 50 millivolts. so 50 is your answer
