help backing up Surface Pro 4

Hi all,
I have a Surface Pro 4 that has been running a little slow recently and I thought that the best way to fix that would be to factory reset it.
However, I have a lot of important data on there that I may still need to access from time to time.
I have a main computer with a 1TB SSD and a 1TB HDD, and I was wondering if there is a good way to back up the contents of the entire Surface, not just the user files to my main PC. (I may want to revert to its original configuration in the future, or image it to another PC)
