Cannot get past a windows update screen

I have recently reset my pc due to Windows errors. After installing Windows 1 was greeted with this after i try to hit next it will go to a loading screen saying "just a moment" before restarting the pc and bringing my back to the same screen. You may have a hardware problem causing your errors then.  My first suspect is your drive. It’s hard to know what might be the problem though with no specs.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

He's right. Maybe check in your BIOS for SMART reporting or do a disk self test.
