Destiny 2 Poor performance

I have a ryzen 5 3600 and rtx 2060 6gb and 16gb 3200mhz ram with this I get 90 fps or less in 6v6 and in 3v3 120 fps but im sure this rig can handle 144 pluss fine at low settings this has been bugging me for a while?????

Resolution? GPU/CPU usage, clockspeed and temp while in game?

My fps is 90 ish and temps are low and 1080p

Likely just CPU bound at 1080p. That performance sounds pretty good for those parts, IMO. I played that game for 4000 hours between BNet and Steam, just recently retired it.

ah ok but the games performance is bad cus my gpu is only hitting like 50% avg and cpu 45 avg uage

Try running the game with DSR on in Nvidia drivers, maybe 1.75x, this will increase the GPUs workload and possibly ease the CPU load. You may well see higher fps as a result, although you might not see any change, worth a try though.
