Random Restarts

when using windows 10 after installing the drivers for my graphics card after a few minutes or so my pc will randomly restart no blue screen or anything. In safe mode, it works though. I've bought a new graphics card, tried different slots, tried blowing dust out, and rebuilt my whole pc and still getting the same problem. I'm not sure if its windows 10 or my pc but anyone who might be able to help, please.

Specs: Core i7 2600k, Zotac mini 1050 Ti, ga z68xp ud4 rev 1.3, 8 GB g skill sniper ddr3 1333, 550w corsair PSU
