Hello.

From the title, I have a very Random weird boot issue...

It's like this: PC boots up normally, gets to the Windows (10) loading screen, but when it's about to show the Log In screen, I get a black screen. The PC freezes up and all the fans are at max speed. Also the case power and reset buttons aren't working anymore...

To fix it I turn off and on the PSU, and it goes into Windows normally afterwards.

My PC isn't overclocked at all. The RAM is only set to 3200MHz. And all the temps are good.

Also, no mobo error code...

My System:

MOBO - ASRock Fatal1ty X370 Professional Gaming (latest bios)
GPU - EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC Black Edition GAMING iCX
CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 3950X
COOLER - Noctua NH-U12A
RAM - G.Skill Trident Z Neo 32GB 3800MHz F4-3800C14Q-32GTZN
M.2 - Samsung 960 EVO NVMe 250GB
SSD - Samsung QVO 870 8TB MZ-77Q8T0BW
HDD - Western Digital Black 6TB 128Mb WD6002FZWX
PSU - EVGA SuperNOVA 750 P2 750W Platinum
CASE - Fractal Design Meshify C

OS - Windows 10 Pro, version 21H2 (no insider)

Has anyone gotten this weird issue before?

I attached a system info file, if it helps...
