RAM HELP

My RAM is the DDR5 Gskill Trident 5 RGB 6000mhz CL36. Motherboard: z690 Extreme (latest 0811 BIOS):
 
When I turn XMP 2 on it instantly crashes when booting with a BSOD and with XMP 1 it works well for 30 mins or so and then BSOD. Im seeing an average of 60fps increase (valorant) in my game when its turned on 1 but its so inconsistent I cant use it when I play comp. Is there any way I can still keep using it and for it to stay stable? Without XMP its running at 4800mhz stock with a reduction of 60 fps or so in the game. Please help! Thanks for your time!
