No, the game license key is bound to the account it was purchased under.

Hey I was wondering if I purchase the ultimate edition of Uno from Ubisoft and I log in on another computer will I be able to download it from that computer and play it as a different person without buying it again? You know I want to play with my friends but I don't want to make them pay for the game.

Well of course and if they download it from my account they will basically play as me so then I can't play so that doesn't work. Well yeah Ubisoft probably thought of that but whatever thanks for informing me
