Need help picking a TV mount!!!!

I am putting a 55 inch tv in a bedroom.

So here is the scenario:

Where the TV mounts to the wall is not dead center where the bed is in the room. I need it to swing out to the right,and still be straight with the wall it's mounted too, maybe 6-12 inches I suppose, and possibly able to tilt down a bit.

 

I made a picture that hopefully illustrates this. its exaggerate obviously.

 

The 2nd picture is angled, but that is an actual picture of the room, hopefully that gives enough context.

 

 

I have looked at a lot of mounts and just wanted to get some recommendations on what would be appropriate for this.
