Hyperx alpha headphones buzzing

Couple of days ago I bought hyperx alpha's and i've been having a problem where it buzzes a low frequency noise constantly

 

things i've tried so far : a new splitter, an external usb soundcard, using it on my phone

 

The headphones, when plugged in to my phone, without splitter, sound fine, if I hold the mic jack or audio jack by the ground they stop making that noise, I also tried to plug in my old headphones, but they don't press down to my ears as much, so even if the noise is there, I am unable to hear it, what could be the cause and is there a way to solve this ?
