Problem with gpu

Hello, My pc suddenly shut down yesterday and didn't wanna run, after doing a full cleaning and unplugging>plugging the gpu power cable i noticed a red capasitor/resistor or diod (not sure) probably turned red from the heat while everything else on the card is cool at 35°, then few minutes later everything went back to normal except that spot is still hot (but not red as it was before), pc running normally,

I need some expert help on this problem, i'm gonna send a link to the pic woth the resistor/diod marked (i don't remember exactly which but i'm kinda sure 80% its the one marked to the right) Gpu is gigabyte r590

most likely the component underneath is dead or on the verge of death. you should probably send in your gpu to have it fixed while you still can
