MSI Afterburner?

How do I tell it to keep the fan(s) maxed? It did with my last GPU, not sure why it isn't now.

You need to click the button to turn off Auto then set the fan speed and Apply.  I think you also have to save it to a profile for it set that on startup.

May differ depending on what skin you are using, but for me its a little floppy disk icon then you pick a profile number.
