Problems with my PC

Hello,

Today i bought a motherboard, it booted up but the Monitor does not work or neither mouse and keyboard. The PC is not Beeping or anything else. It does not boot to BIOS too.

What can be the problem?

i assume you've put a cpu inside the motherboard?

also what motherboard, what ram, what cpu, etc
