Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I have no part list, headphones and monitor are needed, upgrading from a trash laptop, 1440p at 144hz

budget is 2500$ I need the monitor 1440p at 144hz I already have a list, the things I wanna keep is the case and the storage, and I need headphones, I am in the USA, I want a white theme,

Build looks fine. Without any info on what you're going to be doing with it, it's impossible to say if any of the components could be improved, though.

 

Listing seems fine. It's an obviously used GPU, assumed to still be functional. The price is commiserate with what you'd expect to pay for something like that these days, sadly. Thing wasn't even worth that much new, but such is life now. You can never really know for sure, but since it's a local pickup, you can ask to see it in action.
