Video capture card question

Hello,

I watched this video from LTT about capture cards. I was gifted a MainGear Turbo (with a 3090). It is too small to fit a capture card. I was curious about streaming games / webcam footage from this computer. I have an Elgato facecam. 

Do I need capture card? If so, which? the 4k60S+?

I would appreciate some clarification, since the PC is also the console and most examples I have found seem to be focused on console based streaming...
