I've been trying for about 2 weeks to get BF 2042 to launch and run without crashing with minimal success, I keep getting the same error, DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG, and the game crashes every single time I launch it. I've tried everything I can find and the issue still persists, updating drivers, reinstalling drivers, rolling back drivers, undervolting my GPU, disabling overlays, forcing directX 12, I have tried EVERYTHING. Any other suggestions that could possibly solve my issue would be amazing, thanks to all who help in advance.

AMD Radeon 6900xt

reinstalling drivers

How did you reinstall drivers? Did you click "Clean install" in the driver, or did you DDU the driver in safe mode and do a fresh reinstall? Did you also verify game files to make sure there isn't something corrupted?

Anything else is beyond my paygrade. Outside of a Windows reinstall, I don't know what else to try. This might honestly just be BF2042 being BF2042.

This is going to be a BF2042 issue. I doubt there's anything you can do but wait and hope others have the same problem so they patch it. This DXGI error is caused by sending bad commands to the driver to execute. This is purely a developer/application side issue. IIRC this is an old bug within the frostbite engine that they just haven't bothered to look into.

On the bright side it at least spares you from enduring Call of Fornite: 2042.

I have the AMD Radeon Software and ofc there's no way to preform a clean reinstall like on GeForce Experience. So I went to device manager and Uninstalled the GPU and drivers, I then reinstalled the Adrenaline software and updated the drivers. But you could be right it could very well just be a BF doing what it does best, BUG OUT.

OK, that might be why. Just hitting "Uninstall" in device manager doesn't actually fully get rid of the driver. That's where DDU comes in. Download it, extract it, and reboot into safe mode. Once in safe mode, run it and hit remove GPU drivers. This will remove all traces of AMD drivers. Then go in and try to reinstall it.

That said, it's still probably BF bugging out.
