Hello! Don’t know where to put this so I guess I’ll put it here.
I understand that more intakes than exhausts is better, but I’m wondering how bad it is to have more exhausts than intakes.
I have a mb311l mini tower case and I’m planning on putting in 5 120mm fans. 2 at the front for intakes, 2 on the top for exhaust which are below my AIO (240mm) and a extra one at the back for exhaust.
Hardware is a 12600kf and 6600 xt.
Would this be a good configuration? Any help and recommendations are appreciated.

More intakes without adequate exhaust is simply making more air swirls inside the case.
And that air is going to get hot.
Environment also plays a part, sucking in more hot air is simply blowing hot air onto the parts.
On the other side, blowing out more hot air from inside without adequate supply of fresh air,
hoping that the negative pressure would suck enough new air from outside is folly.

You need almost equal level between intake and exhaust.
What people usually do is configure the fan amount, RPMs, and/or curve so that one side's level (exhaust / intake) is SLIGHTLY above the other.
After that it's time to choose whether you want a negative pressure or positive pressure.

Negative pressure (More exhaust level than intake level) tends to be on the cooler side (not much),

it makes all the gaps and holes on your PC case sucks in air.
Imagine a vacuum environment, vacuum environment is cold.
But with it also comes dusts.

Positive pressure is the opposite, all the gaps and holes exhausts air.
Somewhat less dusty (if you have a good filter on your intake fans).

As long each fan is able to deliver.
I'd say your setup is fine.
It's a commonly used setup.

You probably just have to fine tune the fan curve a bit, if you feel things are getting kinda hot inside.
12600K isn't a hot CPU, so 6600 XT is going to be the main suspect.

Cool! Thanks. I’m using a AIO for the CPU so the GPU is my only issue, and I don’t really play GPU intensive games.

That much fans should be more than enough for 6600xt
