Rog motherboard error code f0

So what happend today i randomly hit my table and my pc freezes and the only thing i could to is shut down my pc or hit the reset switch later today it happend again but witout hitting my table after rebooting it happend again after rebooting again i got blue screen after rebooting again it blue screend again but it crasht during the blue screen and i got on my qled screen error code f0 

I dont know what to do please help

There should be a table in your manual which will tell you what the codes mean.
