Ryzen 5 5600g Cpu Issues

Recently installed my ROG B550-F motherboard but have been unable to get it to recognize my Ryzen 5 5600g cpu. Had to install previous cpu and graphics card to even have video. Anyone have any suggestions

First thing to try would be update the BIOS using USB drive, or your older hardware. Not all boards are able to use 5000 CPU without a BIOS update to add the compatibility to them.
