USB not working

In my screen Aoc24g2u all USB slots are not working. Any solutions?

You have connected the usb a to usb b cable to the back of the monitor for the integrated usb hub to work?

I connected keyboard and mouse to the screen. I them on other computer and they are working

I put keyboard and mouse to USB 3.2 and I have screen connected to laptop

As @C2dan88is trying to explain to you, you must connect the USB A to USB B cable included with the monitor to a USB port on the PC for the USB hub on the monitor to work. Simply connecting the screen to the laptop via HDMI or DisplayPort is not enough.

and when I will have PC do I have to connect screen to it via USB A- USB B cable also?

I'm not sure what you mean by "when I have PC." Your laptop is a PC.

 

Connecting the monitor to a computer with the USB A to USB B cable is necessary for the USB hub on the monitor to work, always.

You need 2 cables going from the screen to your laptop:

The Display cable (HDMI / DP / Whatever it is)

USB Cable for the USB Hub.

 

Without both, they won't work fully.
