Budget (including currency): ~$200 CDN but I can spend more if it's worth it.

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming BF2042, FFXV, AoE4, multitasking lighter work.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

So far my build is 3070, i5-12600K, Z690.  I would much appreciate any suggestions and reasons for picking one RAM over the other.

I'm thinking 2x16, DDR4: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/products/memory/#U=4&Z=32768002&sort=price&page=1&X=0,50241

I have Z690 + 12600K combination and the max performance of RAM seems to be at 3800Mhz when RAM@ 1:1.

I can OC my sticks to 4400Mhz at 1:2, but performance does not seem to be much better.

The sticks that I linked have some decent timings when it comes to price limit.
