If budget is no problem then this looks fine.  The only thing I'd recommend is that if you want to do animation and editing maybe upgrade the ram to 16 gigs for dem render times.  Other then that this looks great.  Oh and make sure to have plenty of storage.

I see no suffix at the end of that cpu, so you're throwing away money for an overpriced cpu cooler if your cpu isn't even unlocked. A sub 50 dollar cooler is more than enough for that chip. The rest is fine, though. You should totally become a part of the Mushkin Redline master race with your ram. :3

For gaming, only get an i5-4670k

Motherboard doesn't impact performance, don't pay more than you have to.  $100 for SLI capable, $85 for non-SLI capable

Get the least expensive 1600 or 1866 Mhz, 9-9-9-24, 1.5v RAM you can find, brand doesn't matter. 4GBx2

SSD + HDD

You want an EVGA GTX 780.  EVGA is the best.  Warranties, customer service, RMA, and Step-up program.

PSU, don't skimp out on this part, but don't go overboard.  a CX600M is a perfect value and mix of price to performance.  very quiet and semi modular.
