laptop crashes randomly. no error message.

I recently got a new lenovo flex 5 14' laptop with amd ryzen 7 5700u cpu and amd gpu. the device randomly crashes every 2-3 days and i dont get any warning or blue screen of death or error msg or code. does anyone else have the same problem? does anyone know how to troubleshoot it or a fix? pls help

specs:

Ryzen 7 5700u

amd radeon gpu

16 gigs ram

512 gigs nvme m.2 storage

windows 10 home

Is your BSOD auto-restart on ?
IIRC you won't see a BSOD if it's on, it will simply go black then restart.

Try looking at Windows Event Viewer after a crash and see if you can pinpoint a problem.

Based on your current information, since you said every 2-3 days, it could be software related (like when it tries to updates or something).
Did it crash when you use a specific app all the time, or pure random app.

bsod auto start? where can you find that and what is it? thanks for reply tho...
