ASUS ROG Strix B560-A

Corsair Force MP510 series NVMe PCIe M.2

ASUS GeForce RTX3060Ti TUF OC V2

Corsair TX750M, 750W PSU

Things i have tried:

tried countless drivers for my gpu, and made sure to use ddu to uninstall the ones that dont work.

tried checking windows updates.

tried using driver easy to update all my drivers to the newest.

tried scan my computer for corrupted files it found some but it said it fixed it, but it didnt.

tried checking if my microsoft account was corrupted

Just to rule out the easy stuff first, did you make sure to run DDU in safe mode, did you uninstall all graphics drivers including Intel (and AMD if you had an AMD card in there before), and do have your monitor plugged into your GPU and not your motherboard? This is almost certainly a GPU driver issue, and outside of reinstalling Windows, this is about as good as you can do.

yes i ran DDU in safe mode. i uninstalled only nvidia wich is what i use. and yes both my monitors is connected to the gpu with dvi cable. i have already reinstalled windows twice, i tried downloading windows 10 instead of windows 11, because someone said that could be the problem but i wasnt.

this is what my steam says:
