Black screen with cursor

HI, i cleaned my PC from dust and when put back in, i face something i have never seen before.

Black screen with cursor and nothing works, if you want to suggest TM or reset graphic setting i did that and non of them fixes it and TaskManager wont show up.

Reseting windows to Factory reset didnt help and i have no idea what going on, HW is all good and cant cause the problem since all other setings as Windows wrong start up window poped up some time and bios works.

Plz help
