Anyone here ever fooled with OpenStack?

I kinda want to get an Openstack cluster up using MaaS and JuJu. Found a couple vids, and of course the official documentation (which is almost too detailed lol) with people doing it but finding it daunting still, so just curious if anyone has done this before or had any tips to share?
