Dumb question but I'm building my first PC lol

I've been scouring the internet for a good graphics card that can put out 4k image quality. Can ANY graphics card today put out that quality or do i actually have to search for specifics?

Basically any GPU being produced can output 4k images, and the overall image quality will depend on the monitor for if it'll be good. Whether or not they'll be able to run games at that resolution is a different story. Just look at the max resolution for the specific card and make sure it's 4k and above

do you have a budget

if if your going mid end I would recommend a gtx 970 of gtx 780ti around $200 used

I have a gtx 780 ti and it works fine but you would rather get a 970 because new drivers
